The fact that we install and commission our systems forms a solid foundation for these skills.
Using remote monitoring - 24 hours a day, 365 days a year - we can control and improve the performance of systems used by stores, to prevent temperature drift and reduce energy use. And we can do this Europe-wide. We also provide a service that keeps store efficiency stable by means of comparison and regulation.
Our service technicians are highly trained and are certified under climate protection legislation according to EU regulation 303/2008. When carrying out their work, they focus on individual customer requirements, so that new stores work efficiently from the outset and the performance of existing stores is improved. Carrier has the largest European service organization specializing in commercial refrigeration equipment - over 700 own service technicians across Europe, each one with a fully equipped service van.
